Support. Reflection. Living.

A steady space to feel supported, understood, and more connected to yourself

If you’re ready to take control of your life and your mental health, SRL Counselling & Psychotherapy is here to guide you every step of the way.

Counselling & Psychotherapy rooted in support, reflection, and real-life change.

Support

Therapy begins with support — a steady, compassionate space where you can arrive as you are. There is no pressure to explain everything perfectly or to have the “right” words. We move at your pace, building a sense of safety and trust in the work.

Reflection

From that steadiness, we begin to gently reflect. Together, we make sense of patterns, emotions, and experiences that may feel confusing or stuck. With curiosity rather than judgement, we explore how the past may be shaping the present — and what you need now.

Living

Over time, insight begins to translate into everyday life. Living differently doesn’t mean becoming someone new. It means feeling more connected to yourself — responding with greater awareness, clarity, and self-compassion.

Psychotherapy
People come to therapy for many different reasons. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in familiar patterns, navigating a difficult experience, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply. Below are some of the areas we can explore together.

Emotional & Mental Wellbeing

At times, it can feel hard to make sense of what you’re carrying — anxiety, low mood, overwhelm, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right.

Therapy offers space to slow things down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface, finding steadier ways to navigate daily life.

Personal Growth & Self-Understanding

You may not be in crisis, but you might feel ready for something to shift — a deeper understanding of yourself or changes that feel more aligned.

With greater awareness often comes greater choice, and a quieter confidence in how you move forward.

Trauma & Past Experiences

Sometimes past experiences continue to shape the present in ways that feel overwhelming or difficult to explain.

We approach this work gently and at your pace, building enough steadiness to begin making sense of what has happened and its impact.

Relationships

Relationships can bring both connection and challenge. You may notice repeating patterns or difficulty expressing what you need.

In therapy, we explore how you relate to others and to yourself, opening the possibility for clearer communication and more balanced connection.
