
What to expect from Therapy

I offer both in-person and online sessions, providing a safe, confidential space where you can reflect, explore, and begin to make sense of what’s going on in your life.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if it’s your first time. Many people arrive with a mixture of curiosity, hope, and uncertainty — all of which are completely normal.
In our first session, we’ll explore what has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain. There is no pressure to share everything immediately; therapy moves at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
Sessions provide a confidential space to reflect on your experiences, explore thoughts and emotions, and develop greater understanding of yourself and your situation. Over time, therapy can help bring clarity, new perspectives, and ways of navigating challenges that feel more manageable and sustainable.
